Difficulty In Getting Pregnant – However, with so much going on in our lives today, some women are not fortunate and seem to find that they experience some difficulty in getting pregnant.

You and your partner have been trying to conceive for a while now — without success. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone.

In fact, there are many other women out there just like you who are also experience difficulty in getting pregnant. There are quite a few common causes for infertility which can be present in both the male and female. Infertility affects 7.3 million couples in the United States.

Now what?

Having difficulties in getting pregnant is really worrying to some women. It is exactly similar to gambling and giving all their aces with the hope of winning the jackpot. This in turn could result in increase anxiety not to the woman only but also the partner as well. Both would feel stressed as they strive to make a baby and have no idea what is the probable causes?

It is important if you have concerns about your fertility to talk to your healthcare provider right away.

In addition, learning all you can about fertility issues will help you better understand any fertility testing and treatments you may need.

Female Infertility

The common causes of female infertility can range from mild and curable ones to severe and incurable ones, causing many women to experience emotional breakdowns.

Irregular Ovulation – The three factors previously mentioned cause irregular ovulation. Studies indicate that several women despite having their monthly periods do not essentially ovulate regularly. This in turn could cause trouble to a woman to get pregnant.

To determine if this is what’s causing your difficulty in getting pregnant, there are various home test kits that you can purchase over the counter from your local pharmacies. These tests are pretty simple and you can repeat them if you like. Of course if you’re doubtful, you could always pay a visit to your gynecologist and get things sorted out by a professional.

Anatomical problems – The fallopian tubes and the uterus might be blocked by a forming cyst hence hampering the meeting of the sperm and the egg or fertilization is not possible.

It’s rare for women to experience symptoms for this but sometimes you can tell when you have sudden pains in your lower abdomen and unusual vaginal discharge. If the problem is detected early, it can easily be cured with a simple medical procedure, so it’s always best that you go for regular checkups with your gynecologist.

Miscarriage – This is apparently a shocking experience for a female who was impregnated due to an accident and a few reasons that caused the miscarriage. After a woman has suffered miscarriage, she is possible to undergo hormonal imbalances.

Uterine Fibroids – also known as myoma or fibroma. What is it? It’s a non-cancerous type of tumor that comes from the smooth muscle layer and the connective tissues in the uterus. It’s quite common during the middle and late years of the female reproduction years, so when you’ve hit this age category it is best that you be on the lookout when you realize that you’re experiencing difficulty in getting pregnant. Most fibroids are actually asymptomatic but if not taken care immediately, it can multiply and cause painful intercourse, uneven and painful menstruation and frequent visits to the lavatory. About 40% of women would experience this at some point of their lives, but only a handful would require treatment.

Male Infertility

Females aren’t always the ones who contribute to the inability for the couple to conceive because conception requires both male and female to be at their healthiest stage. There are a handful of causes of male infertility; among them would be:

Low sperm count – The leading factor of male infertility. Scientifically referred to as Oligozoospermia, this occurs when the male has less than 20 million spermatozoa per one milliliter of ejaculation. It can usually be measured in the doctor’s office so females aren’t the only ones who require checkups. Low sperm counts can generally be treated with lifestyle changes such as a balance diet, regular exercise, elimination of drugs, alcohol and nicotine, avoidance of saunas, tight clothing and so on. If the condition still persist then maybe a more medical approach would be necessary.

Undescended testicle – is another contributing cause towards male infertility. It’s a pretty common genital abnormality in boys where the testicle doesn’t descend on its own during the development process in the mother’s womb. In most cases, if it’s not descended by birth, it will naturally descend during the first six months of the baby’s life. If it doesn’t then immediate treatment is required and if it progresses into adult life, the male would be unable to produce spermatozoa for fertility purposes because his testicles would be damaged and no longer useable.  There are no proper treatments for this in adult life so the next best option for a child would be to look into adoption.

Retrograde Ejaculation – If you’ve not heard of retrograde ejaculation, then it’s about time you learn about it now because this too can be part of the cause of your spouse not getting pregnant. When semen that is usually ejaculated through the urethra is instead directed to the urinary bladder, then you know that you’re suffering from retrograde ejaculation. The main cause of this is that the bladder sphincter isn’t doing its job properly, it’s not a life threat or anything but it’s a high contributing factor to male infertility. You know you’ve got it when you start experiencing dry orgasms.

If you want to make sure you’re able to get pregnant and start a healthy family, you should avoid all factors that increase risk of fertility or take proper action to make sure that you can reproduce. Some of those factors are old age, the consumption of drugs, alcohol and nicotine in excess, uncontrolled stress and regular health problems. So stay healthy and always be aware of what you’re consuming so that you can control your substance intake. After all, you don’t want to have difficulty getting pregnant, so take care of your health and make it your top priority.

Drug and abuse of alcohol – Drug addiction is possible to cause problems in conception. For instance, marijuana suppresses production of hormone that is an important factor to become pregnant. One the other hand, alcohol primarily affects the functions of the organs for reproduction.

Stress – Chronic stress could lead to mental and physical afflictions. Whenever the woman is stressed, usually, she would have trouble in sleeping and might get depressed that will cause irregularities in hormone production, and also a reduction in their normal levels.

Difficulty In Getting Pregnant or infertility could occur to both women and men and it is believed as the most horrible cause of failure to conceive. After knowing the aforementioned causes that are all adjustable and manageable, women are expected to live a healthy lifestyle if they really desire to conceive a child. If you follow these pointers then you should have less difficulty in getting pregnant.

Ways You Can Get Pregnant – How Kissing Can Help You Get Pregnant

Problems Conceiving, Try To Get Pregnant

Ways You Can Get Pregnant – some serious kissing not only can improve your physical health but also your mental state of being.

Ways You Can Get Pregnant – Playful, platonic, passionate, or parental, kisses transmit a surprising amount of information. In fact, they even play an evolutionary role in fertility. In spite of the old song, it turns out that a kiss is almost never “just a kiss.”

In the art and science of romance, there’s nothing more powerful than a kiss. There’s also little question that when a couple is trying to start a family, too often that kiss becomes secondary  to ovulation cycles, egg dropping, and sperm counts. But that passionate make-out session you’re skipping may actually be one very important step in the process of conceiving a child.

Most couples know that stress can have a negative impact on fertility, but what they may not know is that kissing may help to relieve stress among couples. Research has shown that infertile couples have higher anxiety and depression levels, and that emotional distress is associated with difficulty in conceiving.

The good news is that kissing is an all-natural stress reliever which can help. Relaxing and cuddling, especialy with intimacy can enhance fertility. A kiss on the lips can actually trigger a rush of chemicals to be released by the brain which are known as “feel good” chemicals (dopamine, norepinephrine and phenylethylamine).

“A more moist kiss may signal to a male that the female is sexually receptive. Or, males may simply require greater salivary exchange to facilitate assessments of female fertility,” explains Susan Hughes, Ph.D., assistant professor of psychology at Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Breath odor and saliva may provide clues to a woman’s fertility. The rise in estrogen that occurs near the onset of menstruation triggers the shedding of body cells, and an increase in sulfur compounds in the mouth, each of which could cause unpleasant odors, Hughes explains. “Furthermore, females produce certain distinctive yet odorless molecules in saliva while ovulating that might be detected by males during kissing.” And male saliva contains measurable amounts of testosterone, which can affect libido. In other words, a kiss may “transmit[s] a sumptuous supply of data ranging from health, fertility, and commitment to sexual receptivity” as senior author Gallup told the Albany Times Union.

Kissing seems to have some general health benefits as well. It can relieve headaches, lower blood pressure, make skin glow and helps to put you in a state of contentment.

Ways You Can Get Pregnant – So, not only can kissing help to improve your physical health, but it can help to improve your state of mind which may in turn help you to get pregnant more easily.

And let’s not forget, it’s fun!!

Determine Baby Gender- Determine the Baby Gender of Your Future Child

Determine Baby Gender

Determine Baby Gender – While there are many debates over how ethical it is to choose the gender of your child before they are born, the fact remains that there are some natural methods you can use that will increase the likelihood of having a child of a specific gender. The ethics of it are up to you and while no method is 100% accurate, there are a few things that you can try that will help you increase your chances for having either a boy or a girl.

determine baby genderDetermine Baby Gender – These methods are centered around the fact that the sperm who carry Y chromosomes (which are necessary for a boy) are very different from the sperm that carry the X chromosome (which are necessary for a girl). By understanding these differences, and choosing the right methods,  you are creating an environment where one type of sperm can outshine the other and reach the main destination first. Let’s take a look at what you can do.

The Right Diet

Y sperm require an enivronment that is alkali in nature, while X sperm need more acid. The PH levels of your body determine how thick the cervical discharge is and whether or not the desired sperm will be able to get through successfully. In order to have a girl, you need to eat a diet that is rich in calcium and magnesium. In order to have a boy, a diet rich in potassium and sodium is required.

The Right Time

The timing of when you have intercourse can greatly affect the gender of your child. Because the Y sperm need to reach the egg as quickly as possible, it is necessary to time intercourse to the day that you ovulate to increase your chances of having a boy. They will be able to reach the egg while it and they are still viable.

But in order to have a girl, you need to give the Y sperm time to die off, leaving the more durable X sperm behind. This means that you will need to time intercourse to approximately two to three days before ovulation. This gives the X sperm more than enough time to reach the egg.

The Right Position

determine baby genderThe position you choose for intercourse can also determine the sex of your child. Once again, we fall back to the differences between sperm. The Y sperm need to reach their destination in as little time as possible. This means that they need to be released as close to the cervix as possible, shortening the trip they must take to the egg. Positions that allow for deep penetration are ideal.

Determine Baby Gender – In order to have a girl, you need to make it more difficult for the Y sperm to reach their target on time. This means that positions where shallow penetration is achieved are necessary. The sperm will be deposited further away from the cervix, giving the X sperm the chance they need to reach the egg, and allowing the Y sperm to die off.

Vitamins To Help Get Pregnant – The Sun Can Help You Get Pregnant

Try To Get Pregnant

Are there any vitamins to help get pregnant and increase the probability of fertility and get pregnant? Those who are trying to get pregnant should, at least three months prior, change the diet and also boost their vitamins consumption to ensure their bodies are as healthy as possible which in turn might have a positive affect on infertility according The American Pregnancy Association.

Vitamins to get pregnantIt is the fact of the matter that human beings need the sun’s rays for health and wellness, despite of the pros and cons reports of the dangers of skin upon over exposure to the sun causing skin cancer. And, believe it or not, the sun play a part in lowering cholesterol levels and blood pressure.

Naturally, upon exposed to ample sunlight, the skin is stimulated by UV radiation, the body makes vitamin D3, the biologically active form of vitamin D. 90 per cent of vitamin D in the body is produced by the skin. However, the use of sunscreen blocks the ultraviolet radiation necessary needed to manufacture Vitamin D.

How much sunlight one’s need? It is best to sunbathe in the morning because there is much more beneficial ultraviolet rays in the morning, and by the time day hits, avoid the exposure of the sun as it has changed to be primarily infrared rays which is very hot and fierce to the skin. By no means are you advised to sunbathe to the point of burning.

If you’re fair skinned, experts say 10-15 minutes in the midday sun—in shorts and a tank top with no sunscreen—will give you enough radiation to produce about 10,000 international units of the vitamin D. While Dark-skinned individuals may need up to three times as much as the skin has less ability to absorb UV-B rays.

“Enjoying the sun safely while taking care not to burn should help people strike a balance between making enough vitamin D and avoiding a higher risk of skin cancer,” said Jessica Harris of Cancer Research UK.

Up until recently, the role of Vitamin D was primarily recognized for building strong bones and teeth. Scientists have also discovered the importance of Vitamin D  to every organ and cell in the body – not just for bones and teeth. Scientists are beginning to link Vitamin D deficiencies with many health conditions, including depression, heart disease, insomnia, an overactive immune system, cancer of the pancreas, colon, breast and prostate as well as a vital vitamin that has been touted as being beneficial to improving fertility rates in both men and women.

The Sun vs Female Fertility

Vitamins To Help Get Pregnant – Vitamin D – also appears to play a role in how estrogen acts in the uterus,  particularly in regard to development of the lining. In fact when vitamin D levels are low,  your uterus may not develop a lining sufficient enough to hold on to your embryo – which in turn frequently leads to very early stage miscarriage.

Astonishingly, Yale University School of Medicine study of 67 women who had problems conceiving and found that 93% of infertile women had overt vitamin-D deficiency and only a mere 7% had normal Vitamin D levels.

Nearly 40% of the women who had ovulatory dysfunction also had a clinical deficiency in Vitamin D. Therefore, it is easy to understand how important Vitamin D is to a woman’s fertility. The correct amount of sex hormones in your body is vital to your overall well-being, otherwise you may suffer PMS, PCOS, and sadly, infertility.

“Of note, not a single patient with either ovulatory disturbance or polycystic ovary syndrome demonstrated normal Vitamin D levels; 39 per cent of those with ovulatory disturbance and 38 per cent of those with PCOS had serum 25OHD levels consistent with deficiency.” quoted Dr Lubna Pal – the Director of the Program for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) at the Yale Fertility Center.

The Sun vs Male Fertility

Vitamins To Help Get Pregnant - Vitamin D – levels has shown significant positive correlation with the testoterone levels according to one of the study by Researchers at Medical University of Graz in Austria. The levels of the male sex hormone testosterone in men’s blood rise accordingly with doses of Vitamin D.

vitamins to help get pregnantTestosterone is the most important male sexual hormone, mainly responsible for the development of the sex organs, the formation and maintenance of the typical male sexual characteristics, sperm production and the controlling of male desire.

It was found that men with at least 30 nanograms of vitamin D in every milliliter of blood had much highest levels of circulating or biologically active male sexual hormone – testoterone – than those with less. An hour of sunshine can boost a man’s testosterone levels by 69 percent as well as men’s Sex drive.

In conclusion, it is obvious to understand how sun and how important Vitamin D is to both male and female fertility. The correct amount of sex hormones in your body is vital to your overall well-being, otherwise you may suffer PMS, PCOS, low sperm count and sadly, infertility. Hence, couples struggling to conceive should consider getting out in the sunshine more often.

Problems Conceiving – How To Overcome Problems Conceiving And Get Pregnant Naturally

Problems Conceiving

Problems Conceiving – Dedicated to those couples who have Problems Conceiving

Problems Conceiving – Have you ever wondered how to get pregnant? This question evokes varying responses from different people. Romance and emotion do play their part in the decision of having a baby. However, it is not uncommon to feel pained and frustrated, especially amongst the couples who have problems conceiving for various reasons. Newly Wed

Problems Conceiving – Most newly wed couples take adequate protection against having a baby too quickly. However, in a matter of months, even as the duo is still getting to know each other properly, the eagerness to conceive a kid increases. This is hardly surprising, given the natural instinct of motherhood in ladies. A wife always wants to be a mother, since it gives her a sense of fulfillment. Thus, even in a fiercely competitive world, where the cost of everyday living runs into thousands, the tempting to for having a baby remains high.

Problems Conceiving – However, the females need to know how to get pregnant in a proper, healthy manner. The welfare and healthiness of both the mother and the kid, who would be seeing the light of the world soon, is of paramount importance. Hence, a careful perusal of the following discussion is necessary:

    • Problems ConceivingWomen should start preparing to become a mother, at least 3 to 4 months prior to the actual delivery,
    • Holistic measures for the maintenance of good health conditions is necessary for both the mother and child,
    • A soon-to-be-mother and father should completely shun smoking and drinking habits,
    • It is of paramount importance that no drugs of intoxication are consumed,
    • Healthy, adequate nourishment is extremely necessary for women at these stage. This is because both the pre-delivery and post-delivery periods are generally rather stressful for them, and
    • To maintain desirable health conditions, minerals and proteins (that are easy to digest) should be consumed in adequate amounts.

For those who have problems conceiving, it is also crucial to pay attention to some other important factors, such as:

?Thorough knowledge of one’s own body ? The period of ovulation in a woman is the ideal time for her to conceive a baby. Thus, she should be aware of the time of ovulation. There are, fortunately, many ways to find out what the time of ovulating would be. The ‘Post Ovulation Time’ (also termed the Luteal Phase) has to be estimated. This period, i.e., the time between ovulating and the date of commencement of the menstrual cycle, generally is fixed at the total of 14 days in most women. Getting Pregnant

The period starts after the length of the Luteal Phase, or 14 days after the occurrence of ovulation. There is an alternative way to find out the period of ovulation, which is based on the Basal Body Temperature method (i.e., the BBT technique). In this method, the temperature of the vagina is recorded by a specially-made BBT thermometer. It has to be done everyday in the morning. During the period of ovulation, this temperature rises significantly, and such increases can be easily tracked. For higher chances of conceiving a baby, sexual intercourse at these times is very ideal.

? When does sexual union helps in conception the most? ? This information is necessary, since it ensures that the sperms of the best quality enter the female body at the time of ovulation. Sperms should have quick reaction time when a woman ovulates. Hence, fresh sperm is required to be present in the body of the female immediately before ovulating. However, there may occur certain problems in the sperm of the males too. In such cases, men should not be releasing sperms, for a minimum of 3 days before the scheduled day of sexual union. These data is extremely important, for those couple who has problems conceiving. Problems Conceiving

? The ideal frequency of lovemaking for higher chances of conceiving ? Among other factors, a correct estimate of the ovulation period in women and the overall physique of men determine the ideal frequency of sexual union. There is a school of thought that, sperm count goes down, with a resultant weakening of the male sperm, if intercourse is held everyday. Conversely, others tend to think that the male sperm becomes ineffective, old and stale (with much lower potency) if it remains within the testicles, due to prolonged periods of abstinence. It is generally recommended that, sexual union, during the period of female ovulation, should be held about once in every 2 days.

Getting PregnantIt is always better to provide holistic solutions to the question of how to get pregnant. Such an approach helps to gain an insight about the inner workings of our body, and the reasons for why problems in conceiving. It also comes up with several usable solutions to this problem, including medicines and herbs of Chinese origin as well as changes in eating habits and overall lifestyle. Suitable exercise methods and, if required, acupuncture is also recommended. Unlike the conventional methods, the holistic approach has no adverse side effects, and has a much higher chance of providing the desired results. Hence, in these cases, holistic approach works much better than conventional ways.
